This two-day, practical workshop gives participants a deep insight into their leadership brand and how to elevate it. Over two days, this hands-on, practical program will equip leaders with a customised plan to implement priority changes and methods to accelerate team cohesion, foster a postive workplace culture that motivates staff and delivers results.

Places on the program are limited to optimise results in what is a deeply personal and participant-centred leadership learning journey.
Before the workshop
Pre-workshop session includes x2 self-assessments to be completed before the workshop, which will be used to support your leadership goal setting.
Day 1
Practical learning sessions: Understanding yourself, including strengths, how others see you, aspirations, positioning and mindset.
Day 2
Practical learning sessions: Leading others, providing clarity of vision and plans, influencing, building the team culture for success, managing and empowering others through puposeful conversations and coaching.
After the workshop
The program includes x2 individual leadership coaching sessions at 4 and 8 weeks post workshop as well as an online group coaching session with the course participants, to help you implement your priority changes in situ.

Natalie Lincolne
Director and founder of Incredible People, Natalie is a highly regarded leadership trainer and coach to CEOs, executives, senior and emerging leaders across Australia.
Her leadership coaching and training techniques have been expertly developed and refined over 13 years, having worked with Government, not-for-profit, and prominent businesses across multiple sectors in Australia and globally. Natalie is passionate about providing leaders with the right skills and tools to purposefully build positive workplace cultures, where employees feel valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.
