Leadership EQ

Harnessing your leadership superpower

Research showing that successful leaders are more likely to have a high emotional intelligence (or EQ). The Incredible Leadership EQ Program will harness and develop your EQ using the internationally renowned EQi 2.0 model. Participants will receive an in-depth report on their self-reported EQ and explore emotional triggers through self-reflection, group activities and case studies to build greater emotional control, resilience and stronger and more meaningful relationships.

The one-day workshop allows participants to fully explore their EQ strengths and improvement opportunities, and deepen their understanding in a supportive environment. The focus is on self-awareness and application in leadership contexts, such as building resilience, empathetic listening and managing stress.

Leader As Coach

Investing in your team with feedback and coaching

Good managers are not just leaders — they are coaches and motivators, expertly driving their teams forward to unlock their full potential and achieve a shared vision of success.

On the two-day Incredible Leader as Coach Program (delivered over 2 weeks to allow time to practice and reflect), participants will complete a Leadership EQ 360 assessment, and dive deep into the techniques, tools and skills needed to be an effective coach. Participants will discover the powerful impact that feedback has on team performance through a simple yet effective coaching model, whilst developing specific “leader as coach” communications skills.

The goal is to change the team’s culture to one that is founded on trust, collaboration and continuous learning.  Participants are amazed at how productivity and team cohesion improves when they shift their mindset and adopt the “leader as coach” techniques from this program.

Leadership Foundations

Building tomorrow’s leaders for success

The Incredible Leadership Foundations program equips emerging and new leaders with the necessary skills to step confidently into their new roles.

For two days they will be immersed into a dynamic learning environment that will transform their leadership impact. The hands-on, individually tailored program includes one-to-one coaching before and after the program for each participant, enabling them to identify and implement the right mindset and priority skills for their unique leadership roles.

Participants will emerge from the program capable of leading their team towards a shared vision of success while setting up systems that will help them manage up and across the organisation.

Leadership Catalyst

Elevating the impact of experienced leaders

Our Incredible two-day Leadership Catalyst is designed specifically for mid and senior level leaders, to accelerate transformational, positive change.

In this transformational 2-day leadership program, we leverage your leaders existing skills to navigate complex, leadership challenges from leading through change and managing remote and hybrid teams to building a successful feedback culture and building a psychologically safe workplace. With one-to-one coaching and self assessments before and after the program, your leaders will learn to embrace their leadership impact and build a positive workplace culture that delivers results in a disruptive environment.

Leadership Negotiation and Influence Skills

Shape outcomes, build relationships and lead with impact

In this time of continuous change, a leader’s ability to influence is crucial to team and organisational transformation and success. 

This program is based on the negotiation mindset and tools for lasting partnerships in accordance with Melissa Davies’ ‘solution-focused’ approach from her best-selling “The Practical Negotiation Handbook”. Through self-reflection, group activities and case studies, participants will learn to plan for stakeholder encounters, build relationships based on interest and opportunity, rather than on conflict or persuasion and improve their interpersonal, questioning and communication techniques.

The course runs for 1.5 days and includes a follow-up group online session 3-4 weeks after the training finishes and a copy of Melissa Davies’ book.

Assertive Leadership

Uncovering communications skills to lead with confidence

Building team motivation, collaboration and positive workplace culture starts with a strong and confident leader. But finding that sweet spot of not leading too passively or aggressively can be a balancing act. In this one-day program we help your leaders identify non assertive language and behaviours and how to avoid them. They will be given techniques to communicate messages and delegate in a direct yet balanced way, with a personalised action plan to implement priority changes.

This powerful program combines hands on practice tools and proven leadership techniques to lead with confidence, purpose and authenticity.

Leadership Presence

Enhancing your leadership impact and brand

Is your team willing to follow your lead? Are your senior leaders advocating for you to get that next promotion or developmental opportunity?

This one-day workshop uncovers how you want to be perceived as a leader and where there may be gaps. It gives you the practical tools to enhance your leadership presence in an authentic way with the right balance of polish, confidence and humility and set the right example for your team to follow.

Additional support continues after the workshop with online coaching to help enhance your leaders’ presence and impact.
