Leadership is a journey, not a destination.
Rebekah Worthington
CEO Hedland Well Women’s Centre
“Being a CEO can be a lonely position, so professional coaching can really help having someone to bounce off ideas that you can’t talk about to staff or the board. There are some unique challenges that come with boards and organisations in the regions and so having the right support to tackle them is important.
I wish I’d had the coaching early on when I stepped into the role, as I would have understood much quicker the strategic and operational roles of the board and CEO.”
Dennis Kickett
Director of Aboriginal Engagement, WA Transport
“We can all have mentors, but having someone to guide you to look at things strategically from a higher level is really important so that you don’t get stuck in the weeds dealing with the smaller issues.
After every coaching session Nat would email a summary of the strategies we discussed to deal with the challenges I presented, and I still have those emails so I can refer to them. When you’re leading at a certain level you can’t do it on your own and you have to have emotional intelligence otherwise you can drown. So having Nat back me up on the challenges of my role and how to approach certain situations was so good.”
Rose Lines
Strategic Risk Manager at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development
“When I stepped into the role of Strategic Risk Manager at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, I felt I needed some leadership coaching to be effective in liaising with the executive team whilst also managing my team.
Natalie helped me set goals on being able to support the core executive team and gave great insight on how to work with each of them. It also helped me realise the strategic impact that I have in the organisation, which gave me confidence in realising the value of what I do.”
“Natalie’s experience from working with many other executive leaders and her coaching expertise helped me understand what a board is supposed to be involved in and not involved in, as well as helping me work through some operational issues. I would definitely recommend leadership coaching with Incredible People, particularly if you are stepping into a new leadership role to give you the confidence and support that is needed to start off powerfully.”

Our coaching packages
Our 1-to-1 coaching sessions are held virtually at a time that fits in with your busy schedule so you don’t need to waste time getting to and from appointments. We work with you to determine the right leadership coaching package to suit your specific needs and may suggest relevant industry tools including 360 degree and self-assessments.
Emerging and new leaders
If you have been identified as a high potential or recently started a new leadership role in your organisation, having your own coach will help you build the foundations of effective leadership. With real time feedback, guidance and support, your coach will guide you through difficult decisions, help you build your leadership vision and presence, become an effective communicator with your team and influence senior people.
Mid-management
Mid-level management can be like being the meat in the sandwich. Strategic direction from the top, tensions from team below and expectations to deliver leaves middle managers often feeling that they’re delivering tough news on the daily and struggle to know how to best manage themselves and engage others. Our coaches support mid-level managers to step into a strategic mindset, create space for influencing up by establishing systems and empowering their teams. You will be supported to manage priorities, delegate, hold the line on standards and values and have challenging conversations so that the leaders and teams reporting to you are encouraged to take ownership.
CEO and executives
The more senior the leader, the longer their shadow. This means that, with all eyes on the them, the actions and decisions of senior leaders impacts the organisation at every level. Our coaches work with executive leaders to plan out their intended leadership vision and identify strategies that will drive alignment, performance and employee engagement while managing change, risk and board/Council relationships.
Typically, coaching will include a 360-degree assessment so that priorities can be identified that will have the biggest impact on organisational culture and performance of the leadership team.
Mastermind groups
These highly popular online mastermind coaching sessions bring together leaders from different contexts, guided by a facilitator to share and learn from each other’s challenges, triumphs and experiences. Each participant sets a specific aspiration for their investment and actively contributes to participants’ professional growth as well as their own to collectively enhance their leadership impact.
Situational
When there is an urgent need for a leader to develop new skills, or specific circumstances hinder them from making progress in their workplace, our proven situational coaching techniques are highly effective in helping leaders overcoming these challenges. Our coaches provide objective advice and help leaders develop action plans that will bring about positive and meaningful change for their teams and organisations. Typically, these engagements involve less sessions, targeted to resolve the issue at hand. The number of sessions are agreed in the initial session.
