How it works:

Whether it’s coaching emerging leaders or CEOs, our sessions are specifically tailored to each individual, using the latest proven assessment tools and coaching models that are best suited to your situation.

The majority of Incredible People’s coaching packages consist of 6 sessions, with additional blocks added if required. Sessions are usually booked every 3-4 weeks and delivered online at a time that fits in with your schedule.

Session 1

Discuss need and aspirations.

Agree upon goals for the coaching package. This will guide our work in each session.

Contracting of coaching goals, with your manager if required.

Session 2 - 6

Working with presenting challenges, make purposeful progress towards your goals.

Support to explore options and opportunities in the context of your work.

Final session reviews progress and achievements in relation to the agreed coaching goal.
